PAMELA LAMBERT is a native Rhode Islander who has been performing on stage and screen since the age of 16.  Currently featured in the remake of THE WOMEN, alongside Annette Benning and Meg Ryan, PAMELA's New York credits include PLAYING ONE HANDED POKER at the John Houseman Theatre and WALTER, BULLETS & BINOCULARS at both the Nuyorican Poets Café and the Abington Theatre.  She also appeared in the August Wilson classic JOE TURNER'S COME AND GONE at the prestigious Penumbra Theatre Company in Minnesota.

Pamela has acted in plays at the Boston Center for the Arts, Boston Playwrights' Theatre, Up You Mighty Race Productions, the New African Theatre Company, Trinity Repertory Company, Perishable Theatre, and Brown University's Rites and Reason Theatre, among many others. She was a proud Company Member of the Boston Center for the Arts first black resident theatre company, Up You Mighty Race and an Affiliated Artist with the Providence Black Repertory Company as well as a resident director for Nemasket Theatre Company.

Pamela can also be seen acting and directing in a series of one‐acts at Cape Cod’s premiere summer stock theatre, The Theater at Hollywood and Vine.

On a personal note she has served on the board of directors for the Rhode Island Free Clinic - an organization that provides no/low cost health care for the uninsured. As well as dedicating years of fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society through the committee PROPAC, Providence Professionals Against Cancer. Ironically she received her own diagnosis of stage 3 cancer in 2012 and now after almost 2 years, she is a very proud (and healthy) survivor!

Pamela's television credits include MAKE MY DAY (WB Network), ONE LIFE TO LIVE (ABC), and the two hour made‐for‐TV movie, FORGOTTEN GENIUS, THE PERCY JULIAN STORY ‐ as Anna Julian (NOVA/PBS). Her film credits include TIME AND CHARGES, TURNTABLE, PRIVATE LIES, INHERENT DARKNESS AND ENLIGHTENMENT, DOUBLE DUTCH, and the mockumentary, PIMPS UP IN THE HOEDOWN.

Pamela is a gifted singer who has toured nationally and throughout Europe as a vocalist with Herb Reed & the Platters and has performed in numerous musicals ‐ to say nothing of her frequent appearances as a former Miss Rhode Island.
